Cultural Celebration Day 2017.

This is me and Grayson.  We are Maori.  Our mum made our clothes all by herself!  I won a certificate because I looked so amazing.

My Awesome Reading.

When I started school this year, I could read the book, Me.  It had one line to read on one page.  NOW, I can read books like, Baby Bear's Hiding Place.  It has loads of words and sentences on the same page.  I can read books at home in the sunroom.  I can read some words by myself.  I am a big-kid reader now!

Art with Mrs Scott.

This is the gorgeous art I made with Mrs Scott in the special art classes I went to on a Thursday afternoon in the Art Studio.  I am so, so proud of my korus and my beautiful colours too!

Mathletics at School.

I like Mathletics because it's fun and full of games.  When we win we can get a certificate or a trophy.  Sometimes you can verse someone too.  It can be tricky when you verse someone, you might not know what the answer is.  That's when I count my fingers.  I feel happy when I see the tick because that means I got it correct or right!

Before we made our art, we had to sketch AND sketch AND sketch AND sketch!  Here is my final and my best sketch of them all.

to dry in the night time and then we could do some more the next day.  When it was all done, we went around very, very carefully with the black vivid (while Mrs Kerr held her breath!)
